TERMS: Net
30 days with established credit. We also accept MasterCard
and VISA. To have an open account you must first have your
credit approved. Purchase order number and confirming copy
are required on all orders. Contact us for details.
PRICES: Orders will be invoiced
at the price prevailing at date of shipment. We cannot guarantee
prices for the life of the catalogue.
DISCOUNTS: Most of our products,
if bought in quantity, qualify for a discount. Take a 10%
discount when ordering 10 or more of the same item. Take a
12.5% discount when ordering 20 or more of the same item.
For quantities of 50 or more, call for a quotation. Some items
in the catalog do not qualify for a discount and some may
have fewer discounts. Contact us to verify the discount on specific products.
SHIPPING:
Most products are stock items and will be shipped within 24
hours. Prepaid orders placed by mail, large quantities, or
custom orders may take longer. Orders are shipped the best/most
economical way (FOB shipping point). Both Express and Economy
shipments are available. Express shipment with DHL will reach
any part of Europe within 24 hours. Economy shipment using
Priority Parcel Post takes 2-5 days depending on geographical
location. Service via other carriers will be sent freight
collect with valid account number.
DEALERS: We do offer system integrator,
dealer and distributor discounts. Visit our Trade

WARRANTY: All B&B Electronics
products have a five year warranty. Products that are damaged
or modified are not covered. Resell products are subject to
their manufacturer's warranties.
RETURNS:
If, for any reason, you wish to return one of our hardware
products, you may return it undamaged, with the receipt, within
30 days of purchase, for a full refund (less shipping charges).
Software is not returnable if opened. Large orders or custom
orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking
charge. Call, FAX, or e-mail to request a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number and routing instructions. Packages
returned without prior authorization will be refused. All
products returned to B&B Electronics after 30 days may
be charged a 20% restocking fee. Duties, taxes, and customs
charges are the buyer's responsibility.
REPAIR SERVICE: We offer a repair
service for our products. Please call, FAX, or e-mail to request
a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Duties, taxes,
and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility. Complete
an RMA Request Form online.
